About this release

When the Urartu reigned supreme around modern day Lake Van as the first centralized Iron Age kingdom of the highlands, Tushpuea (Տուշպուեա), the winged female deity of Urartu, gave her name to the ancient city of Tushpa. This is an instrumental folk rock tune with surreal imagery to celebrate Tushpuea and her wings.
