Artist Agreement

1. Grant of Rights

By checking the consent box on the submission form, you grant FuWiMu the non-exclusive right to:

• Upload, store, review, display, distribute, and promote your submitted work and related metadata on the Platform for the purpose of facilitating sales.
• Display writer credits, publishing splits, publishing affiliations, and collaborator details that you provide.
• Publicly indicate your selected charity and your chosen charity donation percentage.
• Use submitted profile, artwork, image, audio, poetry, lyric, and descriptive materials in connection with your work on FuWiMu.

2. Ownership and Representations

You affirm, represent, and warrant that:

• You retain ownership of your original works. FuWiMu claims no ownership rights in your submitted works.
• You are the sole owner of all rights to the work you submit, or you have written authorization from all co-authors and rights-holders.
• You have obtained all permissions, consents, and licenses necessary to list, sell, and distribute the work on FuWiMu.
• Your work does not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.
• Your work complies with applicable laws and does not contain defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful content.
• All information you provide to FuWiMu is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Multiple Authors and Collaborators

If your work is a collaboration involving multiple authors, composers, lyricists, performers, publishers, or other rights-holders, you must identify and list all co-authors and contributors when submitting the work.

FuWiMu may request documented proof of permissions, consents, publishing splits, or other rights information before publishing or continuing to host a work.

4. Charity Donation Structure

You agree to select a charitable organization from FuWiMu's curated, pre-vetted list and choose the donation percentage associated with your submitted work.

If you wish to support a charitable organization that is not currently on our list, you may suggest it for consideration. FuWiMu may investigate the suggested organization and, upon verification of its legitimacy, compliance, and eligibility, may add it to the approved list at our sole discretion.

FuWiMu does not guarantee that any donation made through the Platform will be tax-deductible. Creators and Users should consult their own tax advisors regarding deductibility.

5. Sales and Distribution Authorization

You authorize FuWiMu to:

• Sell your submitted music, poetry, or other approved works to purchasers through the Platform.
• Collect purchase funds and distribute proceeds according to the selected Creator and charity split.
• Deduct a 3% platform administration fee from each transaction before payout.
• Use third-party payment processors to process purchaser payments and quarterly Creator payouts.

6. Payment Terms

FuWiMu will distribute Creator payouts:

• Quarterly, every three months.
• According to your selected Creator and charity percentages, after deduction of the 3% platform administration fee and applicable payment processing requirements.
• Using the payout details you provide. You are responsible for keeping your payment information accurate and up to date.

7. Content Review and Removal

FuWiMu reviews submissions before they appear on the Platform and reserves the right to:

• Reject, hide, or remove any work with false or misleading information.
• Reject, hide, or remove content that FuWiMu considers offensive, unlawful, discriminatory, hateful, abusive, infringing, or otherwise unsuitable for the Platform.
• Suspend accounts for violations of this agreement or the Terms of Use.

8. Disputes

To dispute removal or rejection, contact contact@fuwimu.com with your full contact information, the work details in question, and an explanation of why the removal or rejection was wrongful. FuWiMu will review disputes at its discretion.

9. General Terms

• This agreement does not create a partnership, employment relationship, agency relationship, or joint venture between you and FuWiMu.
• FuWiMu may modify these artist agreement terms by posting updated terms on this page.
• This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
• This agreement should be read together with FuWiMu's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.
